Returns & Exchange Policy
Our products are handmade, one piece at a time.
Due to the Personalized & Made to Order nature of the products, we do not offer a return or a refund policy.
An exchange is possible in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein the product is replaced.
Please note that exchanges can be made only under the following reasons:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- The product must have no visible signs of wear or use
The exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, please write to us at email@example.com with the order number and photographs of your concern.
Once the request is approved, a reverse pick-up is scheduled and upon receipt of the product, a replacement is shipped immediately.
